Excellent seevice.cudos to front desk agent Yarledis.she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great.a small hiccup with our room due to construction issue,she attended to us personally arranging various choices of rooms for us.always a smile and greeting! Also the waitstaff in all the restaurants were outstanding. Service in general was amazing.we will definitely visit again.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Old Town, with meticulously thought out details. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent customer service - the breakfast is delicious! A slightly more expensive stay, but worth it for the location, proximity to transport, and walkability to all major tourist attractions. Would highly recommend!

I liked everything EXCEPT this: 1) blue bird in the room we did not use - when we checked out I was told it was broken - the hotel wanted to charge me - they didn’t - BUT - why place something in the room that can be broken? AND IF IT DOES BREAK - how can you charge the guest? A little blue bird? USE SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD!

The hotel is beautiful and well located. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Nice toiletries. The terrace on the plaza is very nice and lively and the terrace on the rooftop has an amazing view. Although it’s a big hotel it doesn’t feel crowded.
